As with the dipping painting, the parts are subject to a careful preparation.

In order to not influence the fitting accuracy area of the work pieces, these are covered before the varnishing. The powder varnishing makes possible an optimal color order between 60 and 200 microns and gains consequently a high corrosion protection value. Here, it's to be taken into account the precision of screw thread, drilling, etc.

The powders carried through static freight, is baked in the oven with temperatures until 190°C to a corrosion-constant coating.

The most optimal corrosion protection for your products, offers an electrophoretic pre-coating with subsequent powder order, as it is applied for example in laboratory and medical technology.
