| With
the conventional paintwork, the work pieces are sprayed after the preparation
with electrostatic pistols. Afterwards, the varnish is baked with
temperatures until 200°C.
Also here the
dried parts are movable packed and stowed.
According to size, the parts are painted in the painting line or in the manual painting place. With this spray painting system, we can paint your products in any tone. Together with metal and plastic work pieces, we can paint with this procedure also conductor plates. As peculiarity, we have at our disposal a particular conductive varnish, with this product we can varnish the plastic parts as conductive parts.
